Perfecting Industrial Parts Since 1946
The history of Moro starts out from the skill and industry of an individual craftsman. At the beginning of the last century Lorenzo Moro hit on the idea of diverting a waterway beside his workshop to obtain energy to power a mechanical hammer. He used this to manufacture carts and agricultural machinery.
In 1946, Moro began producing barrels/tanks for agricultural use.
In 1952, the company produced its first vacuum pumps and eight years later, in 1960, began making industrial jetting systems.
In 1965, Moro became a world leader in the production of vacuum pumps.
In 1970, the company expanded its operations to the earth-moving sector. In the ’80s and ’90s it diversified further, introducing new products destined for municipal cleaning applications.

Returning Your Product
- No returns will be accepted without an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). If you have a return you must call us first at 866-383-6304 for your RMA#.
- Any product accepted for return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless it is replaced with another product purchased from www.morousa.com.
- Item must be returned in good condition including all original packaging and paperwork. Refunds will be credited back to your credit card excluding freight charges.
- No returns accepted on special orders or after 30 days from date of purchase. All international orders are final.
Damaged Products
- If any product arrives damaged, save the shipping container and notify the shipper immediately. Please do not return damaged or broken products or you may not have a right to file a claim with the carrier.
- You must contact Moro USA, Inc. within 5 days. Send/email pictures of the damaged product packaging and damaged product. Upon receipt of same, we will contact the carrier.
Product Shipping
Shipping Services
Most items will be dispatched using standard ground shipping services. For bulkier items necessitating truck freight, it’s important to have someone on-site with a forklift for unloading purposes.
