The STORM series vacuum pumps embody the most elevated standards in technology of liquid cooled suction pumps. They are designed to be used in industrial applications that have varying capability requirements. Moro offers five separate STORM Series pumps to meet these differing application needs. These pumps are crafted with a high-resistant cast iron body and include a cooling circuit to maximize heat dissipation.

The STORM Series is designed with air intake and discharge ports that have been fine-tuned to reduce both noise and heat production. The cooling circuit greatly increases heat dissipation and improves the time of pump usage under deep vacuum. These liquid cooled vacuum pumps come standard with a water recirculating pump and are equipped with a special inspection port in the pump body allowing a visual check of the equipment’s wear.

The vanes in this series are made of a high-heat-resistant Kevlar material. The non-return and the four-way valves are integrated into the pump.

Moro M9 liquid cooled vacuum pump produces a flow of 547 CFM.

The TURBO Series (fan cooled) vacuum pumps utilize dual-fan technology to drastically increase heat dissipation. These pumps are designed to be used in industrial applications that have varying capability requirements. Moro offers four separate TURBO Series pumps to meet these differing application needs.

The TURBO Series vacuum pumps are crafted with a cast iron body to guarantee maximum reliability. Cast Iron is the most efficient material for releasing heat from the pump. The air intake and discharge are designed to reduce noise and heat production. The increase in the ability to handle heat has been improved upon by the introduction of two cooling fans. These fans assist in the cooling of the pump, allowing for longer pump time usage. The TURBO Series pumps are equipped with a special inspection port in the pump body, allowing a visual check of the equipment’s wear.

The pumps in this series are built with high quality Kevlar vanes and high-heat-resistant Viton seals which results in better performance at high temperatures. The pump comes with the non-return and four-way valves integrated into the pump. The hose connection elbows are flanged and can be moved in any desired direction in accordance with the requirements of the vacuum pump usage.

Moro AC5T Vacuum Pump produces a flow of 544 CFM.

Kaiser 900i Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump

    530 CFM, 14.5 PSI

The Moro Kaiser KWP 900i Liquid Ring Pump is a low weight liquid ring vacuum pump for suction and pneumatic conveyance of wet and dry material. This pump features 530 CFM and 14.5 PSI.

A water ring is built up inside the KWP housing by the centrifugal force generated by an offset impeller. Changes in volume cause air to be drawn into the impeller cells and compressed. This design ensures a low level of sensitivity to dirt particles. The non-contacting impeller ensures smooth running and a long service life. Our KWP does not produce any contamination caused by lubricants or oil in the air discharged by the pump.

The light-weight construction of this equipment increases the vehicle’s useful load. Hosting an integrated intercooling system ensures a consistently low temperature for the service water. Even if this equipment is operating during high exterior temperatures, continuous operation is possible.
